Contact Me

How do I get started?

You can schedule a free 20 minute Discovery Call with me on my 'Contact' page. During this call, we will discuss the scope of work, pricing, and any additional questions you may have. I will send you the contract, first invoice, and Welcome Packet to review. Once the contract and first payment have been received I will go ahead and schedule onboarding meetings (two minimum) and follow up as necessary.

I’m looking for someone long term. Are you the right VA?

I love building rapport and do prefer long-term work. With my extensive experience working alongside 3 Directors, being a Project Coordinator, Program Manager, and Event Planner, I have a unique skill set that equips me in effectively managing my time, being proactive, quick learner, and taking initiative. Also, with all of my clients I like to schedule a biweekly or monthly meeting to check in.

How will we communicate?

I primarily communicate using email and text but will try my best to adapt and accommodate your specific needs. I can be best reached by email at hello@arielvang.com. You can feel free to email me at any time, but I will only respond during business hours.

How much do you charge your clients?

I currently offer 3 different tier packages: 5, 10, and 20 hours/week. I also have an hourly rate. This can be further discussed on our Discovery Call.

How does billing work?

I run on a monthly prepay retainer system, where my services will commence upon receiving payment. After the first invoice is paid, I will invoice you on the 25th of each month (or earlier depending on your billing cycle) and the payment will be due before the last day of the month. If the monthly payment is not received before then, I reserve the right to stop my services until payment has been received.

Can I change my package depending on how many hours I need?

Definitely! I try, to the best of my ability, to be flexible with my clients. I understand that some months are busier than others, so I am happy to increase or decrease hours (I still require 5 hours minimum monthly) as you need. Of course, as my client base grows, upgraded packages are subject to my availability.

What are your hours?

I live in Minnesota, so I am in the Central Standard Time. My office hours are 8AM-4PM Monday-Friday. I work on client work Monday-Thursday and reserve Friday for working on my own business but will also be available by email. I am not available for unscheduled phone calls, as I spend the vast majority of my time working on client projects. You may contact me at any time but please be aware that I will only respond during these hours.

What if I’ve never hired a VA before?

I understand, outsourcing and finding the perfect fit is hard! In general, I find it most helpful if you communicate your concerns upfront, so I can make sure I'm aware of them and then do my best to ease your mind.

What programs do you work with?

I have experience with a lot of different programs and systems! They include: WordPress, Buffer, Hootsuite, Planoly, G Suite, Outlook, Gmail, Google Calendar, Canva, Dropbox, Trello, Asana, Monday, Mailchimp, Mailjet, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. This list is always growing! I am pretty tech-savvy, and pride myself on learning new systems. If there a system that isn't mentioned, please let me know and I'm confident I can learn it for you!

How do I know that I am ready for a VA?

Having a virtual assistant is an asset to both you and your business. I pride myself in being efficient, helpful, and agile in taking tasks off your hands and letting you get back to what you're passionate about. If you aren't ready to delegate tasks or unable to hand off tasks to someone who is not you, then hiring a VA may not be the right choice.
