Why I Do What I Do
MY MISSION IS TO…
Provide virtual assistant services and create authentic and meaningful relationships through working, supporting, and executing projects primarily alongside health and wellness business owners and entrepreneurs. I’ve always loved working with people and making connections. My physical and mental health has always been a priority to me. That is one of the reasons why I love working with primarily health and wellness businesses, because they make such a huge difference in peoples lives and I want to be a part of that work. Whether you need a wing woman, extra help, or are feeling overwhelmed, I’m here to help!
LONG STORY SHORT…
After rounding out a full chapter in corporate, I wanted to find a more fulfilling career that would give me more flexibility, allow me to work from anywhere, and would include tasks that I enjoyed. I was unhappy doing the commute to corporate, went through the frustration of feeling ‘stuck’ and knew I was meant for more. I eventually transitioned to opening my own virtual assistant business!
WHY YOU CAN TRUST ME…
I’ve earned my Health Services Management BASc Degree and have worked beside three Directors taking on various roles. My past professional jobs have helped me bring experience and knowledge to my projects and clients. I am efficient, professional, detail oriented, easy to work with, organized, and proactive. My background is an intricate mixture of project management, organization, team work, and strategic planning in the health and non profit industry.
Whether it is streamlining an old process, creating and scheduling posts to social media, help with your email inbox, or management of a project, I’m here to help and support you!
About Me
I currently live in Minnesota and am the oldest of five! I quit my corporate career to become a VA! I enjoy hiking, paddle boarding, reading, travelling, and trying new things in my free time! A few of the places that I’ve travelled to includes Hawaii, Oregon (MY FAV), Alaska, Florida, and Maine. I look forward to travelling outside of the country soon. I have a bad habit of always having 8+ different hot tea flavors in my kitchen cabinet, a sweet tooth (I have my favorite boujee bakery I go to every few weeks), constantly buying new candles, and spontaneous trip planning.
FUN FACT, I’ve flown a small aircraft where I nosedived and landed!
