Why I Do What I Do

MY MISSION IS TO…

Provide virtual assistant services and create authentic and meaningful relationships through working, supporting, and executing projects primarily alongside health and wellness business owners and entrepreneurs. I’ve always loved working with people and making connections. My physical and mental health has always been a priority to me. That is one of the reasons why I love working with primarily health and wellness businesses, because they make such a huge difference in peoples lives and I want to be a part of that work. Whether you need a wing woman, extra help, or are feeling overwhelmed, I’m here to help!

LONG STORY SHORT…

After rounding out a full chapter in corporate, I wanted to find a more fulfilling career that would give me more flexibility, allow me to work from anywhere, and would include tasks that I enjoyed. I was unhappy doing the commute to corporate, went through the frustration of feeling ‘stuck’ and knew I was meant for more. I eventually transitioned to opening my own virtual assistant business!

WHY YOU CAN TRUST ME…

I’ve earned my Health Services Management BASc Degree and have worked beside three Directors taking on various roles. My past professional jobs have helped me bring experience and knowledge to my projects and clients. I am efficient, professional, detail oriented, easy to work with, organized, and proactive. My background is an intricate mixture of project management, organization, team work, and strategic planning in the health and non profit industry.

Whether it is streamlining an old process, creating and scheduling posts to social media, help with your email inbox, or management of a project, I’m here to help and support you!

AVID AND SPONTANEOUS TRAVELER, SWEET TOOTH LOVER, OLDEST OF 5, SPENDS THE MAJORITY OF MY MONEY ON CANDLES, FOOD, AND TEA, LOVES UGLY TAN LINES

About Me

I currently live in Minnesota and am the oldest of five! I quit my corporate career to become a VA! I enjoy hiking, paddle boarding, reading, travelling, and trying new things in my free time! A few of the places that I’ve travelled to includes Hawaii, Oregon (MY FAV), Alaska, Florida, and Maine. I look forward to travelling outside of the country soon. I have a bad habit of always having 8+ different hot tea flavors in my kitchen cabinet, a sweet tooth (I have my favorite boujee bakery I go to every few weeks), constantly buying new candles, and spontaneous trip planning.

FUN FACT, I’ve flown a small aircraft where I nosedived and landed!

              Client Testimonials

Staci Atkins, Psy.D., LCSWPsychologist

Ariel Vang is wonderful! She is a pleasure to work with, very thorough and efficient. Her services have made my life so much easier because she is able to take things off of my plate and provide me with suggestions on how to work more effectively. I highly recommend her services.

Paula Forte, Ph.D., RNEntrepreneur/Health and Wellness Coach

I’m an ambitious entrepreneur who is set in her ways. Ariel works with me to enlarge my vision, she makes me a better planner, and takes my ideas to a whole new level than I would have imagined for them. Her attention to detail, capacity to listen and recreate my voice in documents and postings is essential to our working relationship! She makes work joyful.

Corey Martin, MDFounder of Innovations in Resilience and Bounce Travels

I have worked with Ariel in previous work engagements and found her to be someone who I could always rely on to get a job done, do it well, and complete it before deadline. Recently when she started her own company, I jumped at the opportunity to hire Ariel to assist me in running my own business. In her short time with us, she has made our processes more efficient and has broadened and beautified our marketing plan. She is an amazing addition to our team.

Shelly Davis, JD, BSNPrevious Employer/Director of Early Intervention

I worked with Ariel Vang for more than a year. She was our Early Intervention Business Coordinator. Ariel is smart, efficient, a zealous advocate, pays very close attention to detail, and always thinks of better ways of doing things. Anyone that would choose to work with Ariel will not be disappointed!

Corinne Bade, BSMIT Manager/Abbott Laboratories

Ariel worked with my organization to pilot a Microsoft Teams implementation. She worked to gather multiple stakeholder perspectives and implement a valuable solution in a timely manner. She identified the key players, solicited input, and provided demonstrations along the way to gain alignment. Ultimately, she left us with a solution that proved to be the template for adoption among the wider organization. Ariel was a real go-getter in taking this project from a vision to reality, and I truly appreciated everything she did for our team.

Nichole SalaamDirector of Equity and Engagement

Ariel worked with my organization in 2020 and demonstrated incredible tenacity and innovation to help staff get up to speed during our transition to working remotely... She was able to design and train staff on use of microsoft teams with ease, grace, and excitement. Ariel takes every job and task to heart, all with the utmost humility. She is intelligent, loves to learn, and is an excellent team player. Notably, is her ability to take initiative on various committee projects, one of which was the launch of our organization's race equity framework. Ariel was extremely instrumental in supporting the coordination, development, and execution of that project which enabled us to deepen our equity work even more after the murder of George Floyd. Anyone would be fortunate to work with her.
